Portes du Soleil from 15 to 21 March 2026! There are concerts for all skiers and snowboarders every day, performed on pop-up stages all over the ski area, followed by apres-ski gigs in resort to keep the fun going longer! This LIVE extravaganza!
Tour de France 2025
On Sunday, August 3, 2025, Châtel will experience a historic moment by hosting the final stage of the Tour de France Femmes, the culminating stage of an exceptional route that began in Brittany, crossing France to the peaks of Haute-Savoie, from sea to mountain.
Pauline Ferrand-Prévôt wins the final stage and claims the Tour de France Femmes title in her first participation. Congratulations to her and to all the competitors of this magnificent event.
Pass Portes 2026
The Pass’Portes du Soleil invites you to discover the Portes du Soleil area through a variety of day rides: Mountain Bike, eVTT, Gravel, Pedestrian, Kids. This event, which takes place from 26, 27, 28 of June 2026, offers you a unique experience in the heart of our Franco-Swiss domain. In addition to the convivial and gourmet rides, we’re offering a Mountain Bike Show in Châtel, where you can test and discover the latest in bikes and accessories.
La Belle Dimanche 2026
Sunday 23rd of August 2026 at Châtel
La Belle Dimanche is one of the oldest and most deeply rooted festivals in Savoyard traditional heritage. It celebrates shepherds and their flocks, as well as traditional craftsmanship, to the delight of all.
The festival, held in Plaine Dranse, begins with the arrival of the herds. Then, an open-air Mass is celebrated, featuring, as tradition dictates, the blessing of the flocks and shepherds.
The various Châtel associations will offer games and entertainment.There are also several refreshment stands where you can eat and drink…A musical atmosphere is provided by several music groups performing at different points of the festival throughout the day: folk groups, Alpine horns, and brass bands.A souvenir shop featuring festival-themed items awaits you at the Welcome – Information point.

All prices includes the apartment rental fee, the internet WIFI, the bed sheets, the bathroom towels, the cleaning service and the local taxe. During winter season we are renting from Saturday to Saturday however some exceptions can be set depending on the availabilities.
